Job Description

  • Create social media content calendar as well as bilingual content (English and Thai) for owned channels including (but not limited to) - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Line, Google my Business and YouTube for both the hotel accounts as well as the restaurant official pages
  • Update and monitor all Angsana Laguna Phuket owned social media channels with the latest room offers, rates, dining promos and menus
  • Coordinate with the F&B department for creating a quarterly marketing plan for promos, offers, menu changes
  • Support the production of collaterals, photography, videos and for in-house and external use
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for social media growth
  • Deliver KPIs of follower growth on social media channels, engagement improvement, increase traffic to brand.com and F&B sales and reservations for F&B via social media
  • Execute integrated paid marketing campaigns across social media channels with traceability to measure impact and conversions for Room and dining offers
  • Influencer and media identification and management for promoting Room and Dining offers as well as tracking of deliverables for traffic to social media/brand.com, room bookings and Dining reservations
  • Identify, create and manage opportunities for resort, people and dining outlets PR on newspapers, magazines, online news, magazines and other relevant channels
  • Awards targeting aligned to HQ guidance for resort prestige and improved trust
  • Support the creation of dining collaterals, advertisements, and content to ensure
  • Translating all content into Thai for PR based on brand voice and standards
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with Thai-based local businesses and tourism boards to enhance the resort as well as the outlets visibility
  • Support the creation of marketing collaterals, advertisements, and content to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand identity
  • Support for creating a plan for video and photography content
  • Support for website CMS updates for offers related to Rooms, Dining, Spa, MICE and Weddings
  • Support for data collection and analysis of brand.com production and reports creation from Google Analytics, Revenue, SEMRush and Social Media insights
  • Support for VJC/media brief coordination with departments for influencer marketing
  • Support for coordinating In Touch magazine promos from departments
  • Support for collection of data for capture ratios and SOV impact for reports
  • Coordinating payments with finance and HODs for PR activation, co-marketing and platforms used for dining to ensure swift turnarounds
  • Coordinating influencer engagement while on property at Angsana
