Job Requirement

2. Analyze, prevent and solve problems in the QC system.
3. Manage and manage product quality control
4. Evaluate the results of the inspection/audit and propose a guideline for resolving the initial deficiencies.
Quality Control Inspector, or Quality Assurance Inspector, is responsible for making sure that residential and commercial products meet approved standards by law and by specification. Their duties include inspections and report processing of properties ensuring that quality standards are met.
Specific Responsibilities
- Checking that the workmanship adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to our products
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and inputting data into quality database
- Training on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Proposing improvements to the quality process
- Monitoring the workflow of construction projects
- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Using gauges such as calipers and micrometers to measure products
- Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
- Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans
- Determining the causes of product defects and reworks
- Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.
Role Specifications
The Quality Control Inspector, or Quality Assurance Inspector, is responsible for making sure that products meet quality standards. Candidates must be able to read and write and communicate in English. Candidates must have technical college certificate or university in any related construction field or experience in quality control in construction field. A good personality, maturity and a team player as well as working under pressure is essential.
