Job Scope
1. Sales
- Conduct property presentations, tours, and showings to prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and customer interaction.
- Negotiate and close property sales transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Achieve sales quotas and targets set.
- Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and events.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our properties and services.
- Address client concerns professionally and effectively.
3. Market Research
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in real estate sales (or proven track record in sales)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multi-lingual (spoken and written) in both English and at least
one other language (Chinese, Russian or Thai)
