  • Implementation of digital strategies to ensure continuous optimization of digital presence and online engagement
  • Execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with hotel teams and HQ to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Content strategies to guide digital and content communications, design and development.
  • Execute mid and long term commercial strategic plan to achieve hotel goals.
  • Research and analysis: External environment trends, Business trends, Market research, Industry trends, Competitor research, Customer research and internal research.
  • Act and monitor commercial strategy, provide solutions in case performances are not aligned.
  • Ensure new products and services are designed and implemented in a way that supports vision.
  • Work closely with core business planning team and revenue management team
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Research to identify business needs to meet the hotels objectives via web, digital and social channels.
