- Implementation of digital strategies to ensure continuous optimization of digital presence and online engagement
- Execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with hotel teams and HQ to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Content strategies to guide digital and content communications, design and development.
- Execute mid and long term commercial strategic plan to achieve hotel goals.
- Research and analysis: External environment trends, Business trends, Market research, Industry trends, Competitor research, Customer research and internal research.
- Act and monitor commercial strategy, provide solutions in case performances are not aligned.
- Ensure new products and services are designed and implemented in a way that supports vision.
- Work closely with core business planning team and revenue management team
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Research to identify business needs to meet the hotels objectives via web, digital and social channels.
