About the job Receiving and Store Keeper (LRH)

Requirement:

1. To perform receiving process and ensure received Items quantities and qualities are correct against PO and Vender 's delivery note and Tax Invoice
2. To maintain receiving report for further step to Cost controller and Account Payable.
3. To ensure that goods are received as per specifications
4. To ensure that received goods are in order with purchase order, and receiving department only hold files for current purchase list for goods not yet received.
5. To ensure that the goods are received as per specifications and the deliveries of goods by suppliers are consistent with the receiving schedule and the storerooms are not overstock especially during month – end.
6. To maintain New Fixed Asset register maintenance

Specific Skills:

- Accounting Standard Knowledge
- Accounting System (Sage 300 - AACPAC is preferable)
- Excel and other Microsoft Office Program
- Good in English
- Motorbike & Car Licenses
