Common Area Landscape Supervisor

Job Purpose: 

To control and supervise the quality of the contractor's garden work, as well as coordinate and solve problems for each Estate common landscape.

Key Result Areas:

To overall supervising the contractors, giving guidelines and/or a landscape design for the customers. Able to estimate the cost of the landscape improvements in Common Area of each Estate.

General:

• Able to communicate/negotiate with the contractors
• Able to control the quality of work
• Have knowledge of planting, environment and know how to control the pests
• Assess the risk of trees and propose cutting if necessary
• Follow company rules and supervisors order
• Accountable to managing and taking care of the common area in each project.

Key Qualifications:

• Have at least 1 year of landscape experience or have completed a botany course.
