We are working with a global client seeking a Senior OT Consultant to join their team.

Role Purpose:
Deliver OT cyber security services focused on securing industrial systems (ICS/SCADA). Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing delivery teams, supporting business development, and contributing to the expansion of global OT capabilities alongside the OT Director.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in OT cyber security (ICS, SCADA, IT/OT convergence)
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443
• Ability to assess, design, and implement industrial security controls
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering client reports
• Understanding of OT-specific threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies
• Willingness to support global teams and travel to client sites
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Relevant certifications such as GIAC GICSP, IEC 62443
• Experience delivering OT projects within critical national infrastructure environments

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 LI/LA
• Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to build and manage teams
• Eligibility for Security Clearance
