The Staffing Recruiter role is designed to provide service fulfillment for clients and associates at the local level. This includes screening and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, day to day customer service and issue resolution, process payroll accurately, and make hiring decisions. The Responsibilities Solid understanding and knowledge of recruiting strategies and market trends. Expert knowledge of E-Verify and I-9 protocol. Solid understanding of employment law as it relates to interactions with our teammates, clients, and coworkers. Ability to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to the office. Utilize social media platforms for recruiting Demonstrated history of going above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers. Understanding of full on-boarding process including, E-verify, I-9, background checks, drug testing protocols and client orientations. Understanding and compliance with worker compensation protocol. Additional Skills and Qualifications Proactive thinker and effective communication with coworkers and leadership Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well with little to no supervision and with a team Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately Staffing and recruiting experience preferred About Labortron Staffing Bridging America's Workforce.
