Animator (IBEROSTAR)

Your main mission will be to carry out fun and creative activities that make our guests feel better in body, mind and soul.

What will your day-to-day be like?

-You will teach classes directed with adults in a recreational way so that they can connect with themselves and listen to their body.

-With the support of the Head of Department you will prepare the Aqua Gym, Yoga, Pillars, Spinning classes, etc.

-You will adapt the level of the classes to the attendees so that everyone enjoys, feels comfortable and welcome.

-You will guarantee that the space and tools necessary for the activity are prepared and meet quality and cleanliness standards before and after the start of the activity.

-You will ensure that the participants use the tools correctly to ensure their safety and avoid possible accidents.

-You will offer professional and efficient attention to our guests.

-You will continually inform guests about the activities that will take place during the day and week, always in a friendly and warm manner.

-You will answer customer queries, efficiently and professionally.

-You will cooperate with the different departments to disseminate the activities program.

REQUIREMENTS

- Vocation for customer service.

- Dynamic, proactive and creative attitude.

- A high level of English is essential, German is highly valued.

- Knowledge of fitness classes.

- Attend a compulsory 2-week course before starting work in Mallorca.
