Kitchen (IBEROSTAR)

At Iberostar we are looking to add Kitchen Helpers to our teams at the Iberostar Hotels, but before knowing more about the position, we think it is important that you know a little about the Iberostar Group:

As a Kitchen Assistant, your role will be based on:

• Support in the preparation of all recipes.
• Ensure the quality and good condition of raw ingredients.
• Take care of the presentation of the dishes served.
• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
• Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
• Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
• Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
• Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in a position in hotels and/or restaurants is valuable.
- Safety, cleanliness and hygiene habits at work.
- Teamwork skills.
