WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are actively seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you're ready for a dynamic challenge with opportunities for career advancement, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support by assisting users with their routine inquiries across the diverse brands we offer our services through various communication channels. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promptly and professionally addressing players challenges.
Upholding impressive customer contentment ratings by surpassing their anticipations.
Collaborating effectively to achieve team KPIs and SLAs.
Staying abreast with the latest information and company policies.
Cultivating trustworthy, enjoyable interactions with our player base.
Providing guidance and support to players in Responsible Gambling.
Coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Being vigilant about AML and alerting regarding any dubious activities.
Informing users about ongoing promotions when relevant.
Tackling other responsibilities that may emerge occasionally.
Any other role as required by the company from time to time.

WHO ARE YOU?

Demonstrated efficiency in promptly handling tasks and adapting well to change.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration across internal departments and geographical locations.
Self-driven and dedicated team player with a can-do attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, while meeting daily deadlines and effectively managing time.
Proactive mindset, solutions-oriented approach, and strong analytical skills, with the ability to adjust priorities as needed.
Constructive problem-solving abilities, commendable work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the online gaming sector, is advantageous.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
Positive, proactive demeanor with a versatile approach.
Service-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborative spirit with the ability to operate independently.
Familiarity with platforms like Freshdesk is a bonus.
