Position: HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions for various positions
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Developing and implementing onboarding and training programs for new employees
- Maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues
- Assisting with performance management and conducting performance evaluations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance
- Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
