Position: Account Assistant - Support Executive

Job Summary:
As an Account Assistant - Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal team members. You will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide support to the accounting team in preparing financial reports and analysis.
- Reporting to Support Head
- Communicate with clients to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal team members to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
