CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER - PORTO
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Bridge the gap between sales and customer support
- Ensure customers get fast time-to-value
- Keep clients engaged and regularly using products
- Build customer loyalty and reduce churn
- Keep a high-level view of the entire support process
- Advocate for customers
- Foster a customer-centric team environment
- Resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Studies/ Knowledge in Marketing or similar área;
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify;
- Good communication skills and capacity to adapt to new challenges;
- Knowledge and experience working in the iGaming industry;
