As the Head of Affiliates, you will be responsible for developing and executing our client's affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage a team of affiliate managers and work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize performance, build strong relationships with affiliates, and maximize the value of the affiliate partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage a team of affiliate managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating favorable terms and optimizing performance.
- Identify new affiliate opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand our affiliate network.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and finance teams, to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and industry best practices.
