Ukrainian Gaming Customer Support - Lisbon

A video gaming brand that consists of five home video game consoles, two handhelds, a media center, and a smartphone, as well as an online service and multiple magazines. The brand is produced by Sony Interactive Entertainment, a division of Sony.

Responsabilities:

• Provide professional technical support service to Consoles, Account Management Issues through different channels (both oral and written)
• Help customers with payment issues;
• Support for using our client products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
• Effective assistance and advice when purchasing

Requirements:

• C2 in Ukrainian/Russian + Fluent English
• Previous experience as a Technical/Customer Support
• Passionate about Video Games and Igaming industry
• Minimun High School degree
• Be already based in Lisbon or sorrounds

Conditions on offer:

• Monday to Friday, weekends OFF
• Salary Base x 12 months
