About the job Czech Business Development Representative
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure lead and contribute to team projects to Develop and refine our sales process
- Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
- Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Czech speaker
- Advanced English skills
- Experienced in B2B sales or candidates with sales mindset
What we provide:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 18:00pm
- Permanent contract
