Responsibilities:
- Assist and resolve community inquiries empathetically and accurately.
- Master knowledge of Facebook products and community standards.
- Advocate for the community with balanced decisions and strong interpersonal skills.
- Investigate and resolve reported issues, including potentially abusive content.
- Respond to user inquiries with speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- Use market insights to improve community support and enhance user experience.
- Enforce Facebook's Terms of Use by monitoring and reviewing reported abuse.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Recognize and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
Requirements:
- Language:
- Native or near native level of Italian and good level of English
- Education:
- Minimum highschool degree
- Experience:
- Cultural awareness of the relevant market/region and dealing with clients
