  • Enforce Facebook's Terms of Use by monitoring and reviewing reported abuse.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Recognize and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Requirements:

  • Language:

    • Native or near native level of Italian and good level of English
  • Education:

    • Minimum highschool degree
  • Experience:
    • Cultural awareness of the relevant market/region and dealing with clients
