French Recruiter - Portugal

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated French Recruiter to join our client team in Porto or Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients, primarily focusing on French-speaking candidates. As part of a diverse and international environment, you will play a critical role in connecting qualified candidates with opportunities that match their skills and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract French-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals,
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in general recruitment min 6 months - 1 year
• French on a C1-C2 level (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (minimun B2)
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment

• Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
