Construction Parts Manager SSVA Certified - LITHUANIA

The Construction Parts Manager provides expert technical knowhow and support to the project manager on all steel structure erections pertaining to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, planning and design of the steel structures
• Coordination for procurement of updated drawings for the preparation of job plan and suggests alternatives whenever necessary
• Responsible for supervising all steel structure related erection activities
• Responsible for coordinating with client representative
• Arrangement of all resources and machineries for erection activities
• Maintaining and closing out all documents related to site activities
• Responsible and accountable for attaining project schedule and reporting to the management and supervising steel structure erection activities
• Ensure that all the work activities get completed as per the quality norms and as per the project specifications
• Full supervision of the steel fabricator including contractual, engineering, fabrication and quality
• Awareness of safety standards in construction projects and implementation of same
• Responsible for full SSVA Compliance of works

Requirements:

• Minimum of BS in Engineering 
• SSVA Certification (Lithuanian SSVA Certification)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience within Construction Industry
• Safety & Health compliance knowledge
