Hebrew Sales Support Agent

What Youll Do:

• Selling, upselling and retention and renewal via email and phone (outbound & inbound)
• Sourcing, contact, and engage both prospective and existing clients. 
• Establishing a pipeline of leads (as opposed to closing the actual deals). 
• General Customer Service Support tasks
  

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Hebrew (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or Sales oriented is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• All candidates must hold either EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
