Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers based in the UK, addressing hardware and software-related queries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues.
- Utilize your technical expertise to guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance your technical knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C1/C2) & advanced in English
- Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support role (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment and different shifts as needed.
