As an iGaming Fraud and Payments Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our client's platform against fraudulent activities while ensuring smooth and efficient payment processing for their players. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to detecting and preventing fraudulent behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze player transactions for signs of fraudulent activity
- Investigate suspicious transactions and accounts to identify potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fraud prevention measures
- Review and approve player withdrawals and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fraud prevention and payment processing
- Generate reports and provide insights to management on fraud trends and mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in fraud detection or payment analysis within the iGaming industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools and payment processing platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and payment processing in the iGaming industry
