About the job International In House Recruiter

Our client is currently hiring an In-house Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Responsabilites:

  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction

Requirements:

  • You have prior experience within talent acquisition
  • You have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • You have the ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
  • You have the ability to multi-task effectively
  • You have good exposure to using applicant tracking software
