Our client, based in Greece, is looking for professional Japanese speakers to join their technical support team.


DETAILS

Starting date: 02nd June 2025

Closing process on the 22nd May 2025

Relocation after the completion of 3 Months 400 euros per month

Relocation package (plain ticket, taxi pick up to airport and 2 weeks hotel)

Visa SUPPORT

Training: 10 working days

Location of the office: Athens/ Greece

Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 02:00 to 13:00 (rotational shifts of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 5 days of work out of 7)

Technical support:

  • Handling tickets through email, chat (80% of volume), remote sessions TeamViewer (15%) and outbound calls (5% of volume)
  • The support is for software and hardware
  • Issues outside or beyond the scope are escalated to a Tier 2 department
  • Agents also act as a ticket dispatcher/ assignee on rotation and create/ update solution requests (articles) to enrich the knowledge base
  • Agents work with a Virtual PC and use ± 25 internal and external tools
