About the job German Airline BackOffice Agent - Lisbon

We are a leading Airline Group looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Back Office Agents on a non-voice project. As a Back Office Agent, you'll be an essential part of the behind-the-scenes operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of our airline services through chat & email.
Responsibilities:
- Client-free environment. Interact with lawyers, legal officers, and NEBs, allowing you to dive deep into the legal aspects of our operations.
- Work closely with NEBs, entities responsible for verifying if our transport operators are in strict adherence to passenger rights regulations.
- Act as a bridge between passengers and NEBs. Facilitate the process for passengers to contact the relevant body in the country where the incident occurred.
- Proactively manage and address potential legal situations in collaboration with legal professionals and NEBs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German & English (C1/C2)
- Excellent writing skills
- Troubleshooting
- Experience in Back Office or Customer Service
