Dutch Support Operations - Greece

Do you follow all the latest developments in technology and gadgets? Do you have excellent communication skills in Dutch? This is your chance to work as a Customer Specialist for one of the Big automotive manufacturer that designs, engineers, produces and distributes luxury vehicles.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone & e-mail

- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner

- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand

- Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, a server and what is their purpose

- Understand mobile networks and internet connection, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity

- Ability to use smart phones and internet applications

- Usage of MS Office

What you will bring:

- Fluency in Dutch (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge

- Great communication skills

- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage

- Strong troubleshooting skills
