Your role:

As the Global HR Director, you'll be at the helm of shaping and executing human resources strategies that propel our client's growth and success in the ever-evolving online gaming landscape. This role calls for a seasoned HR leader with a deep understanding of global HR practices, particularly within the iGaming industry, and the agility to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically advising key stakeholders on all HR matters
• Resolving employee relations issues with fairness and impartiality
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and overseeing employee relations across our global offices
• Crafting and optimizing our global organizational structure
• Leading the development and implementation of progressive HR policies
• Cultivating an employee-centric corporate culture and managing the employee lifecycle globally
• Spearheading initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion
• Directing all HR management activities in alignment with our business strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Over 5 years of senior HR experience in iGaming or online gaming
• Profound knowledge of international HR practices and regulations
• Strong strategic acumen and adept problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thrives in a global, cross-cultural environment
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is advantageous
