GERMAN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - LISBON BASED - HYBRID

Our client is a well known international company that is looking for new members to join their team and create qualified business opportunities in the market.


Main responsibilities:
- Generate qualified business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns
- Have qualification calls for understanding the prospect's needs and identify client's needs
- Stay up to date with new products/services and campaign execution
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up Demos with clients
- Once the customer needs are clarified, hand over the opportunity to the Channel Account Manager
- Act upon management guidance and instructions on set key performance metrics
- Provide visibility and align on expectations through weekly/monthly/quarterly activity review
- Keep a close relationship with both Sales and Marketing departments, understand their needs and help them achieve their targets.

Requirements:
- 2+ years proven track record in Lead Generation /Sales/ Business Development in the DACH market
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques (including cold calls, focused campaigns)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Understand and use various Lead qualification methodologies
- Excellent communication skills: native or fluent spoken and written language with business fluency in German or a Nordic Language, and English
