Our client has a diverse portfolio of projects within the Customer Support sector and is actively looking for French-speaking individuals to join their dynamic team in Barcelona. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
What you will bring:
- Fluency in French (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in French & English
- Highschool Degree
- Dynamic and Proactive
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
- Abroad Relocation package on offer
- Able to immediate start (the projects will start from the 12th of August, onwards)
