About the Role

As an Enterprise Systems Dynamic 365 FNO Functional Consultant, you play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their financial processes and operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your expertise ensures seamless integration, efficient workflows, and improved business outcomes. The position will ensure quality system enhancements, reporting and documentation that is re-usable across lines of business. The ideal candidate for this position would be a consultant who can design and deliver quality and testable configuration, workflows and code matching requirements on schedule. The candidate should be experienced and be able to estimate the deliverable and deliver based on the schedule. The candidate should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the project team.

Responsabilities

• Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and business processes.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to align with client-specific requirements.
  • Implement financial functionalities such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Financial Reporting and Analytics:
  • Design and develop financial reports using tools like Power BI or SSRS.
  • Provide insights to clients based on financial data analysis.
• Integration and Data Migration:
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems (e.g., CRM, third-party applications).
  • Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• User Training and Support:
  • Conduct end-user training sessions on system usage and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and address user queries.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure system stability and accuracy. realized solutions using standardized application coding patterns, extensible features, and external integrations.
• Project Documentation:
  • Create functional design documents, process flows, and user manuals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing data integrations in and out of Common Data Service
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant (optional but preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of finance and project operations processes, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, project accounting, and resource management.
• Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
• Only candidates from Latin America.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales and procurement modules.
• Good understanding of APIs, Logic Apps, Azure functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience developing flows using power platform.
• Experience working with integrations such as Azure AD, Office 365 Exchange, SharePoint and PowerBI
• Experience managing data integrations in and out of Common Data Service
• Experience with APIs, Logic Apps, Azure functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience in Version Control
• Experience in hands-on data migration into F&O.
