We're looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join our client's team remotely. You'll provide legal support, draft & review documents, and collaborate with teams on compliance & risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on contracts, compliance, & regulatory matters
- Draft & review agreements, policies, & legal documents
- Collaborate with teams on legal matters & risk management
- Conduct research & analysis on legal issues
Requirements :
- Law degree & valid law society membership (or eligible to practice)
- 1-3 years legal experience (in-house or law firm)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently & remotely
- Prior experience in Fintech or fintech related domain will be added advantage
