We are representing a global provider of engineered industrial fluid and system solutions, supporting customers across multiple heavy and process industries. The organisation operates internationally with manufacturing, engineering, and customer support capabilities across numerous countries.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across South East Asia. This role is suited for a senior sales professional with strong technical understanding, commercial expertise, and the ability to work independently in a regional, customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with key customers across South East Asia
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and enterprise accounts

Understand customer operations and propose tailored solutions across:

Hydraulic and lubrication systems

Fluid management and optimisation programs

Condition monitoring and system performance solution
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
- Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and product teams to deliver integrated system solutions
- Provide technical consultation during system design, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle support
- Conduct on-site system assessments and operational reviews, recommending performance improvements
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contracts, service agreements, and renewals
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the organisation at industry events, customer forums, and technical engagements
Education & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years experience in business development or technical sales within:
- Industrial fluid systems, hydraulics, lubrication, or engineered industrial solutions
- Demonstrated success in key account management and new business development
- Long tenure and career stability in previous roles will be highly regarded

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

Strong technical and commercial acumen

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
