Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications, ensuring coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using tools like Tricentis and Testinium to ensure consistent application quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and product management, to integrate automation frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline for seamless testing and reporting.
  • Perform various testing activities, including Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Retest, and End-to-End (E2E) testing, to identify and address defects effectively.
  • Proactively monitor and track defects, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution in coordination with development teams.
  • Apply Agile testing methodologies and principles to align with iterative development cycles and improve overall delivery speed and quality.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and defect isolation by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure system stability.
  • Contribute to improving the overall user experience by advocating for quality practices, conducting usability tests, and ensuring application performance meets end-user expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, validation, and release management.
  • Proficiency in designing test plans, preparing test cases, and executing testing activities for web applications, with a deep understanding of testing principles and methods.
  • Demonstrated expertise in automation testing, with experience building frameworks from scratch and using tools like Tricentis and Testinium.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD processes and integration of automated testing into DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile practices and ability to work collaboratively in iterative development environments.
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on isolating and resolving defects in a systematic manner.
  • Experience conducting a variety of tests, including Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Retest, and E2E testing, to validate application readiness.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge is an added advantage, with a passion for improving quality in user-focused applications.
