Seeking a visionary Test Engineer to lead the development of advanced methods in test optimization, yield enhancement, and quality improvement using AI, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across semiconductor manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of test optimization methods using AI and advanced analytics.

Create and prototype online/offline test data analysis systems in collaboration with IT and domain experts.

Develop and implement yield and quality enhancement methodologies.

Own business applications and define the technical roadmap for test process optimization.

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product and test-related challenges.

Conduct training on test methodologies and statistical techniques.

Harmonize test engineering standards across global manufacturing sites.

Drive data-driven solutions by working with analytics experts to support productivity and quality initiatives.
Required Skills:

Master's / PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent.

5+ years' experience in semiconductor test engineering.

Expertise in test optimization techniques (e.g., adaptive testing).

Strong skills in data analysis, visualization tools, and statistical methodologies.

Knowledge of test program architecture, wafer/final testing processes.

Familiarity with AI and data science in semiconductor testing.

Experience in Product Engineering, Device Testing, 8D, Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player with strong technical depth.
