UI/UX Designer
About the job UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, task flows, and prototypes based on user needs and product specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and End Users to create intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces.
- Perform concept and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success in meeting user needs and business goals.
- Find creative solutions to UX problems, ensuring usability, findability, and overall user satisfaction.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers for implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, contributing to continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role for at least 6-9 years.
- Proficient in design software such as UXPin, Balsamiq, and other wireframing tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to identify target user groups, conduct user interviews, and understand user needs effectively.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps.
- Experience in providing guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
- Conducting tests on user interface elements to optimize CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages, and banners.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Developers, and End Users to create intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces.
