Monitoring System SME

Responsibilities :

• Would be Configuring and implementing End 2 End applications and infrastructure monitoring solutions .
• Would be Configuring and maintaining log analytic tool .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope.
• Collaborate with infra teams and Organize and deliver monitoring knowledge related to applications.
• Identify automation opportunities and advise Cachemire automation teams to implement. e.g., monitoring agent setup, monitoring target auto-discovery, etc.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in IT operation and maintenance.
• Strong experience with Grafana, Zabbix, Azure Monitor and ELK Log Management. Experience in Automated configuration management (like Ansible, Azure Automation) is a plus
• Expertise in large scale monitoring system set up and maintenance.
• Should have exposure to ITSM tools, PagerDuty and ServiceNOW.
• Basic understanding of public cloud knowledge, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS will be an added advantage.
• Proactively participate in identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
