Hiring a Specialist to manage end-to-end demand fulfillment, customer supply chain coordination, and delivery performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for demand fulfillment across key customer accounts.

Manage end-to-end order and forecast processes to ensure timely deliveries.

Handle escalations, generate analytics, and prepare performance reports.

Understand customer supply chain models and legal agreements.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and fulfillment challenges.

Organize regular forecast and supply chain review meetings.
-
Support optimization of customer logistics aligned with client goals.

Proactively drive improvements in supply chain collaboration and transparency.
Required Skills:

1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Logistics Management or similar roles.

Strong understanding of customer supply chain processes and tools.

Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven work approach.

Strong communication and time management skills.
-
Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
-
Experience with SC concepts, BSA, and standard logistics contracts.

Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.
-
Japanese/Korean language skills are an added advantage.
