Hiring a Specialist to manage end-to-end demand fulfillment, customer supply chain coordination, and delivery performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for demand fulfillment across key customer accounts.

  • Manage end-to-end order and forecast processes to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Handle escalations, generate analytics, and prepare performance reports.

  • Understand customer supply chain models and legal agreements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and fulfillment challenges.

  • Organize regular forecast and supply chain review meetings.

  • Support optimization of customer logistics aligned with client goals.

  • Proactively drive improvements in supply chain collaboration and transparency.

Required Skills:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Logistics Management or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of customer supply chain processes and tools.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven work approach.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Experience with SC concepts, BSA, and standard logistics contracts.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.

  • Japanese/Korean language skills are an added advantage.
