ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technical design aligns with solution requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow technical architecture
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend solutions to meet technical requirements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical design is implemented correctly
• Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and best practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow technical architecture and implementation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and business rules
• Experience with technical design and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL or other industry frameworks
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
