SAP Hybris Technical Lead

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Hybris Technical Lead to spearhead our eCommerce development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Hybris Commerce and will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of SAP Hybris eCommerce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the technical implementation of Hybris Commerce functionalities including product content management, order management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Customize and extend the SAP Hybris platform to meet unique business needs, integrating with other SAP systems and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, development best practices, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP Hybris and drive resolutions while ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP Commerce Cloud and Hybris features, offering technical recommendations and improvements.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in SAP Hybris modules such as PCM, WCMS, OMS, and Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies for Hybris customization.
• Experience in integrating SAP Hybris with backend systems such as SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and understanding of microservices architecture.
• Ability to lead a technical team, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• SAP Hybris certification and experience with Agile development methodologies are a plus.
