Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the testing, implementation, troubleshooting and support of IT Application Software.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, user requirement gathering, GAP analysis, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training throughout the project implementation.
  • Assist to plan and roll out IT Application Software patches and upgrade
  • Provide direct support to end users, working within the established support framework that includes business and IT input.
  • Assist to resolve IT Application Software issue with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of the IT Projects.
  • Consistently strive to improve knowledge and skillsin the development of IT Application Software (HIS / ERP) and processes and work cooperatively within business user and IT to develop resolutions to issues in response to user requests and concerns.
  • Take responsibility for own workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problem, and suggesting solution to ensure continuity of service delivery.
  • Ensure maximum use and efficiency of IT Application Software (HIS/ ERP), by performing regular analysis and assessment of functional workflow and provide recommendations for the automation of manual processes.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned or delegated by the Superior or any other person as directed from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably with healthcare exposure an added advantage is required for this position
  • Experience in Health Information system & ERP; specially areas of Patient Billing, Insurance, Doctor Fee, Backend Financial Systems etc
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to work on several complex issues at the same time.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data at various audience levels.
  • Willing to travel
