Informatica MDM Developer

We are seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ETL development, MDM and a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. This position is based in KL, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica

• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and design appropriate ETL processes

• Perform data profiling and data analysis to identify data quality issues and potential solutions

• Optimize ETL performance and provide ongoing support for ETL processes

• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure data integration solutions meet business needs and requirements

• Document ETL processes and provide knowledge transfer to other team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica ETL

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, such as star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling

• Must have hands on experience with Oracle, Informatica MDM , AS400 and Linux.

• Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting

• Knowledge of data integration best practices and performance optimization techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
