Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand market trends in the APAC region.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the APAC region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to achieving business goals
- Experience in staffing and recruitment services
- Existing network of contacts within the APAC business community.
- Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity.
