We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local markets, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand market trends in the APAC region.
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Identify and collaborate with strategic partners to expand the company's market presence and enhance service offerings.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to the management team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the APAC region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to achieving business goals
  • Experience in staffing and recruitment services
  • Existing network of contacts within the APAC business community.
  • Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity.
