We are seeking an experienced  Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and hiring top-performing insurance agents / financial consultants to join our clients agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent recruitment skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent in the insurance industry
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
  • Verify licenses, certifications, and background checks
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
  • Build relationships with insurance agencies, companies, and industry associations
  • Stay informed about industry trends and talent needs

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in recruitment in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred)

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CPR, PHR)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
