Technology Lead-AI/ML

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the companys AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure AI models and algorithms.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and business stakeholders, to identify and deliver AI opportunities.
• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and management to ensure data quality and effective pipelines.
• Monitor the performance of AI models in production and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Document methodologies, processes, and project outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; a Masters or Ph.D. is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and expertise with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data management, engineering principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus.
