Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed system analysis and design for complex financial regulatory reporting projects.
  • Develop and maintain data models, specifically focusing on FSLDM and data marts.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity across various financial domains through thorough data mapping and profiling.
  • Analyze and optimize existing systems for enhanced performance and compliance.
  • Document system analysis, design processes, and technical specifications.
  • Provide support for system implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices in system analysis and design.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in system analysis, with at least 5 years in SA/BA roles.
  • Functional domain expertise in data modeling, profiling, and mapping.
  • Proficiency in FSLDM, data marts, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience in at least two functional areas such as:
    • Finance Analytics
    • Credit Risk Analytics (NPL, Counterparty Risk Reporting)
    • Credit Scoring & Decision Support Systems
    • Treasury & Wealth Management (Murex)
    • Trade Finance & Accounts Receivable Management (FITAS, ARF)
    • Retail Banking and Cards (Silver Lake, Cardpac)
  • In-depth knowledge of finance-GL, risk, wholesale, retail, core banking, wealth, trade, insurance, deposits, customer management, credit management, tax, compliance, regulatory, credit risk reporting, GL/finance reconciliation, BCBS 239, Basel, etc.
  • Proficiency in Teradata with FSLDM Operating System: Experience with Linux.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with EDW implementations and Knowledge of System Development Methodologies (SDM).
