We are looking for a talented and experienced SharePoint Developer / Power Automate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality automation solutions in alignment with project timelines set by our business process analysts. This role involves building user-friendly canvas apps, creating business process flows, and integrating with SharePoint and other data repositories, ensuring all solutions adhere to IT governance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality automation solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and UiPath.
  • Build user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing canvas apps with intuitive application interfaces.
  • Leverage Power Automate to create business process flows, approval workflows, and integrate them with SharePoint lists and other data repositories.
  • Develop automations using UiPath for processes that interact with external systems, such as ERP and other front-end solutions.
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment to production, and post-production hyper-care period.
  • Assist in managing change requests and resolving issues for existing deployed applications and automations.
  • Ensure all solutions are developed in accordance with IT governance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in developing low-code automations using PowerApps, Power Automate, and UiPath.
  • Developed and deployed at least 5 canvas apps (with at least 4 screens per app) for actual business users in the last 2 years.
  • Proficient in setting up and interfacing with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Lists and SharePoint Document Libraries for CRUD operations with Power Apps, Power Automate, and UiPath.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing application interfaces with a strong emphasis on user experience and usability.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards creative problem-solving.
