Responsibilities:
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Perform basic Boolean searches and explore creative sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Review resumes and profiles to match candidates with job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary outreach to gauge candidate interest and availability.
- Research industry trends and provide insights on talent availability.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand job descriptions, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Support the recruitment team in promoting job openings on social media and other platforms.
- Assist in creating engaging job posts and content to attract top talent.
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates as needed.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining sourcing metrics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
