Responsibilities:
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Perform basic Boolean searches and explore creative sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Review resumes and profiles to match candidates with job requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary outreach to gauge candidate interest and availability.
  • Research industry trends and provide insights on talent availability.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand job descriptions, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Support the recruitment team in promoting job openings on social media and other platforms.
  • Assist in creating engaging job posts and content to attract top talent.
  • Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates as needed.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining sourcing metrics.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
