Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for Core & Cards applications, addressing user queries and resolving incidents promptly to meet SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues in applications hosted on JBoss or WebLogic servers.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to minimize incident recurrence.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to transition new releases into production.
  • Monitor application performance, analyze capacity requirements, and ensure systems are operating optimally.
  • Follow standard incident, problem, and change management processes, including detailed logging and reporting.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL with experience in Oracle or MS SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Java application servers like JBoss or WebLogic.
  • Understanding of web servers such as Apache or Nginx.
  • Additional knowledge of Load Balancers, VM, Networking, OpenShift, and Microservices is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
