ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope
• Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, and user interfaces
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solution design is implemented correctly
• Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and architecture
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
• Experience with solution design and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL or other industry frameworks
